Detailed Introduction
The ZZFX explosion-proof flame retardant breathing valve is made of high-quality aluminum alloy or cast iron, with light weight and good corrosion resistance. The sealing surface between the valve plate and valve seat is made of engineering plastic, and the sealing performance is good when the valve is closed. The flame retardant layer is made of stainless steel mesh and adopts porous flame retardant measures, with excellent flame retardant performance. The overall structure is designed according to the principle of self-reliance. This valve is suitable for situations where various oil, chemical and other liquid storage tanks require protection due to overpressure or vacuum deformation.
Product Function and Usage
Petroleum products or other chemical solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, crude oil, benzene, toluene, ethanol and other media may evaporate or deteriorate when exposed to air during storage, transportation or production, affecting the normal use of the products. Therefore, during the storage, transportation or production process of the above-mentioned products, a layer of nitrogen gas should be covered on top to prevent direct contact with air and evaporation or deterioration.
When injecting products into storage tanks or transporting products from storage tanks to the outside, or when the ambient temperature changes, etc., it can affect the pressure fluctuation of the gas phase coating inside the storage tank. This breathing valve can quickly eliminate pressure fluctuations caused by the above reasons and maintain a constant pressure in the storage tank.

Structure and principle of action
This product consists of a shell, valve plate, valve seat, fire-resistant layer, and protective cover. This valve is usually installed at the top of the storage tank and connected with a flange. Under normal conditions, that is, when the pressure of the storage tank is within the set pressure range, both the upper and lower valve plates of the breathing valve are closed, and the storage tank does not exhale outward or inhale inward.
When the pressure inside the storage tank increases, the lower valve plate opens, and the excess gas flows through the flame retardant layer between the lower valve plate and the lower valve seat, and is discharged into the atmosphere.
When the pressure inside the storage tank decreases (to negative pressure), the upper valve plate opens, and the external atmosphere flows into the storage tank through the gap between the upper valve plate and the upper valve seat through the fire-resistant layer.
